N\u00e1m, tr\u00e9nuj\u00facim Farmaceutom, naopak v sobotu vy\u0161lo n\u00e1dhern\u00e9 slne\u010dn\u00e9 po\u010dasie a pr\u00edjemn\u00fdch 6 stup\u0148ov(aj ke\u010f na za\u010diatku tr\u00e9ningu stra\u0161ne f\u00fakalo). S dodr\u017ean\u00edm v\u0161etk\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch opatren\u00ed sme sa rozklusali po \u00fazkej kamenistej cesti\u010dke na \u0161tart n\u00e1\u0161ho tr\u00e9ningu, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1m i\u0161li na\u0161i chlapci roznies\u0165. Ke\u010f\u017ee oni tr\u00e9nuj\u00fa viac ako my, po roznose pokra\u010dovali v be\u017eeckom tr\u00e9ningu. Rozcvi\u010dili sme sa a po 3 min\u00fatach sme \u0161tartovali. Tr\u00e9ning bol poriadne kopcovit\u00fd, zauj\u00edmav\u00fd a ve\u013emi dobre postaven\u00fd. Dokonca sme si vysk\u00fa\u0161ali razenie klie\u0161\u0165ami do mapy. V\u0161etci sme si tr\u00e9ning u\u017eili a kontroly n\u00e1m sam\u00e9 naskakovali. D\u00fafam, \u017ee si u\u017e \u010doskoro znova zas\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00edme na naozajstn\u00fdch pretekoch. K\u00fdm v\u0161ak trvaj\u00fa opatrenia, zost\u00e1va n\u00e1m iba poriadne tr\u00e9nova\u0165 a \u010do najlep\u0161\u00edmi sp\u00f4sobmi sa pripravova\u0165 na nadch\u00e1dzaj\u00facu sez\u00f3nu.<\/p>\n<p>A takto to vn\u00edmala Lea:<br \/>\nDne\u0161n\u00fd tr\u00e9ning v Lama\u010di bol \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd ale z\u00e1rove\u0148\u00a0super. Pre m\u0148a najn\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie bolo asi to, \u017ee Lama\u010d je sam\u00fd kopec a ja kopce teda beha\u0165 \u00a0zatia\u013e neviem, ale u\u017eila som si ho aj napriek tomu. Les bol kr\u00e1sny, \u010dist\u00fd, mapa n\u00e1m dokonale sedela a pri vo\u013ebe postupov som musela \u010dastokr\u00e1t\u00a0rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165\u00a0kadia\u013e. Po tom, \u010do\u00a0sme dlho nebehali na mape som musela opr\u00e1\u0161i\u0165 nejak\u00e9 star\u00e9 vedomosti. Niektor\u00e9 postupy ma fakt dostali (hlavne ke\u010f sme sa viacer\u00ed\u00a0podobiehali\u00a0a to bol presne postup kedy sme v\u0161etci i\u0161li do chyby.) lese a vz\u00e1p\u00e4t\u00ed scorelauf v dedine.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko logisticky nakombinovan\u00e9 tak, aby sa netvorili \u017eiadne skupiny, aby ka\u017ed\u00fd be\u017eal s\u00e1m a hlavne, aby sme si veselo za\u0161portovali.<br \/>\nV lese bol okrem n\u00e1s ur\u010dite aj Mikul\u00e1\u0161, preto\u017ee v\u0161etci sa z lesa vracali s pln\u00fdmi vreckami dobr\u00f4t.
